Intro

In this menu you can choose to watch our program in periods or you can check out the daily program.
The program is going to maximal 17 training sessions a week and includes a total of around 27 hours.
Of course, if necessary the schedule will be adjusted individually.
On the Agenda you can see activities on short term.
